Initial Phone Consultation

I routinely provide an initial phone consultation free of charge. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, for me to understand more about your goals for treatment, and for us to determine if moving forward with sessions together feels like a good fit.

Pricing

I accept private payments, though you may also inquire about out-of-network benefits through your insurance company.  Should you choose to file for insurance benefits, I can provide you with the documentation needed for your reimbursement. For information about your specific plan’s reimbursement rate, you’ll need to reach out to your insurance company directly. Payments can be made to me by cash, check, and credit/debit cards (including Health Savings Accounts).

My sessions run for 45 minutes, and the fee is $135. I schedule EMDR sessions in 60-minute blocks, and the fee for these sessions is $175.

Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you notify me by telephone or email at least 24 hours in advance of our scheduled session time.  I have reserved a time for you, and if I do not receive a notice of your cancellation, you will be charged for the full session fee.
